Graeme Drake

Graeme Drake is an international expert in standards development and conformity assessment.  His previous roles include Divisional Manager for standards development at Standards New Zealand; Head of Conformity Assessment for ISO in Geneva; General Manager of Australia’s second largest certification body, NCS International (which is now BSI Australia/New Zealand); and senior executive positions at the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA).  Graeme is a member of Standards Australia’s Standards Development and Accreditation Committee and chairs the national standards committees on conformity assessment, compliance systems and environmental labelling.  In 2013 he was a recipient of a National Standards Award. He is currently a Principal at GED Advisory, an international management consultancy.

Kate Fraser, Training Manager, Standards Australia

Kate has been employed with Standards Australia since 2014 and is responsible for the design and delivery of training for Standards Australia staff members and committee members. Kate’s role at Standards Australia brings together her background of being a previous standards writer as well as delivering training programs to ensure current contributors are provided with quality training about standards writing.
